Vitronics Soltec Centurion SMT Reflow

Vitronics Soltec’s new Centurion forced convection SMT reflow soldering platform Centurion is a sustainable system that delivers legendary Vitronics Soltec performance at exceptional value. Centurion is configurable for single or dual lane processing, with multiple top and bottom zones of closed-loop controlled forced convection heating and preheating, controlled cooling and tight N2 atmosphere processing.

The ZEVAm Selective Soldering platform from Vitronics Soltec delivers the best process capabilities for an entry level price in the point-to-point soldering market. The highly flexible and customizable ZEVAm can easily solder the most complex PCBs in process today, and can process three PCBs simultaneously for maximum throughput in a high mix environment.

Camalot® Prodigy™ Dispenser

The Camalot Prodigy dispenser employs breakthrough innovations to enable higher processing speeds, more precise dispense accuracies, and tighter tolerances. Prodigy offers an impressive XY dot placement accuracy of +/- 35 microns @3 sigma at full system speed for an unmatched level of performance.

MPM Momentum® BTB

Configured for Back-to-Back (BTB) processing, e.g., two individual printers positioned back to back in a manufacturing line, the MPM Momentum BTB enables dual lane processing with the combined output of two machines, conserving floor space and creating a shorter manufacturing line length.

Electrovert OmniMax™

The Electrovert OmniMax series SMT reflow series delivers maximum thermal performance with up to 13 individual zones of reflow and curing capability. Offered in new Dual Lane solutions (configurable for Fuji and Panasonic placement lines), its patented IsoThermal™ chamber technology uses 36% less energy than competitive systems of similar capacity.

Electrovert Aquastorm 50 Batch Cleaning System

The Aquastorm 50 batch cleaner utilizes Dynamic direct impingement technologies for low stand-off cleaning, and multiple Jet Impact Cleaning (JIC) sprays that create a web of omni-directional dynamic energy to remove flux residue from under low stand-off components. It offers a feature for 'zero discharge to drain' and chemistry process control features.
