Franklin, Massachusetts, USA – Speedline Technologies, Inc., announces the appointment of Ken Parker to Speedline’s Customer Support Group as a Technical Support Specialist. Ken previously worked for Speedline from 1999 to 2014 in various Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering roles. More recently, Ken was the Manufacturing Engineer for the Dispenser product line, where he traveled worldwide to develop and provide training for various processes. Ken also built and provided technical support for test equipment that is still in use at some supplier sites.  Prior to his role with the Dispensers, Ken served as Manufacturing Engineer for the Accela product line.

Ken earned his BS in Electronic Engineering Technology (BSEET) from the New England Institute of Technology. As a U.S. Navy veteran, Ken is a Navy Chief with nearly 30 years of service, and has completed multiple deployments since 9/11.
